Red color is totally absent in Chinese landscapes, I ignore why, as in China red represents happiness. Red color is not most frequent color in the Nature but I love to observe its interactions with others. I’ve tried to do create a landscape with some element of Chinese culture and I’ve...

I think that it’s a job of a painter to invent new ways for explorations in painting. It’s impossible to describe rationally a creative process of any painting, there are too many stages, mixed, irrational, chaotic. Some painters in their memories says that they have been often motivated to paint new images to create painting they have been dreaming for but were unable to find in reality, so they had to create them themselves, it still exists in 2018 Currently I’m working on. 1° research on light 2° interactions between cultures 3° mountains 4° inventing meeting of painters 5° studies of classic paintings In the future I’d like to imagine Vinci meeting Einstein. I'm signing with Stanislas BZ (my true second name) My e-mail are : or 1° research on light Every 50years might be discovered new methodologies of interactions with other lights. Here the lights are projected behind windows and are moving through sunflowers, creating interesting volumes, to construct new types of spaces. Here : black is a color, void is a color, black is a light, void is a light. 2° interactions between cultures - In my work : N°3 “Thai landscape by Cezanne-Twombly” 21st centaury offers us all method of communication with other cultures, even 20 000km away. I’ve asked myself : What might be Thai landscape influenced by European painting with our notions of space, where the interactions of colors are so different. When Thai painting stop being Thai and becomes European ? Is it Thai for Thai national or only for European nationals ? 3° mountains - In my work : N°7 “Mountain in the evening with Matisse in my mind”. A painter has to analyze the Nature and transform it in a painting making it vibrate and resonate.. Mountains are one of best element in Nature for painters as proved by Cezanne and Balthus. I’ve been always impressed by scientists explaining mountains as result of the encounters of very powerful forces of Nature. You are crushed by the infinity of space and difference of scale human-mountain. Cezanne has been very good in representing these hidden forces of Nature which are behind each pattern of his colors. 4° inventing meeting of painters I think that it’s very important to imagine painters of different epoch meeting.
