Crystel Dauth is an artist from South Africa originally. Crystel traveled for 20 years after studying art in Cape Town and finally settled in Plymouth UK. Crystel is heavily influenced by the elements in nature and her 12 years working on yachts in the Caribbean. The turquoise waters and bright light comes through in many of her paintings as does the fluidity of water. Crystel works with acrylics, pigments and resin to protect some of her work. Crystel is a full time artist at her studio which is open to the public.
