Angel & Devil Painting

“We don't know anything about ourselves, we change all the time and are not aware of our inner creators”. My name is Veronica and I love my life, traveling and trying something new, I simply can't be patient. I am a young artist who has never studied art. That is why it is important for me to share my story with you to inspire you for discovering talents that you are not aware of. One of the important facts about me is that I have never liked to draw, I always thought it was too boring and requires a lot of time and patience. Moreover, I always thought that I simply can't draw. But since I like to try something new, one day I decided to take a canvas and try to portray something .. I tried to draw an innocent girl (of course, it turned out to be not very beautiful). All I wanted at that moment was to take black color and paint the entire canvas with black, so as not to see my horrible work. But I really wanted to paint that day, and because I didn't have any empty canvas with me at that moment, I took the canvas with a black background and began to paint a red hat. While drawing, I decided to show a woman with a cigar in her mouth. This is how my first painting was born. I liked the painting and I enjoyed the process of its creation. I was surprised that I was not bored... So I decided to draw a second picture - a man with a cigar on a black canvas for this woman. After that I could not sleep, all the time different ideas for paintings were coming to my mind. I was falling asleep and waking up with the inspiration to draw, create, live! So in five days, I painted 13 pictures! Each painting has its own story, which you can read as a description under each one. Life is beautiful and amazing, and I'm really convinced that we don't know anything about ourselves, that's why it is so important to try to do what we think is not about us!
