Valerie Drawing

Sara Lucia Carbonara was born on 21st January 1982 in Italy. She graduated in 2006 in Archaeology and now is a Glasgow based artist. Since when she was a child she expresses all her love for Art. She attends many painting and drawing classes that lead her to produce instinctive and conceptual works. Self-taught, she achieves high standards in the watercolour technique. She is always looking for new painting techniques and new surfaces, beyond the classical canvas, she uses mainly acrylic in its most material and vibrant expression. She has ever since been fascinated by the feminine universe in all of its aspects, included the deepest and most uncomfortable. She exposed her works in small theme events. Her signature is made by three letters, ·SLC·, representing her full name, so her roots.
