Funny thing, there's only one-letter-distance between "Pain" and "Paint". Hello! My name is Svetlana, I'm a self-taught artist from Moscow. Art has always been very important part of my life. In the darkest periods of life, in the most colorful and bright moments Art has always helped to say what should stay unsaid, as I’m writing down the soundtrack of my soul with colors. I work with different materials, textures and colors, but mostly with oil (palette knife), and pastel. Art helps me in life. And I really would like it to help to someone else in the world. Sometimes we look at the picture and if it touches even the smallest string of our soul we feel that we've found kind of soulmate in the artist and we are not alone in this world with our feelings. I guess It's really important, and priceless emotions. Art can be a cure or at least a relief for our soul wounds.
