E.Marston was born outside the city of Boston and was relocated to the suburbs of Atlanta at the age of 9 then moving into the city at 22. He quickly got to work and he and a fellow artist started a series of shows entitled "This is us vs." allowing them to show with other artists they respected and wanted to show with. This quickly lead to other shows and collaboration work outside this circle and his medium. The influences from his education in architecture and animation are visible in full force in almost all his work, from gestural figures to carefully drafted and laid out work. While in Atlanta he became interested in the idea of the perfect body as presented in the media and ways he could break that down. Shortly after that being taken back by the scale and quality of Atlanta's street art scene, a second persona was created inside him with the idea of giving the cities inhabitants a chance of viewing art and to acquire it in a place outside the normal context. The two persona eventually became one and both ideas have merged to create his latest work. While aggressively questioning and often attacking the normal idea of beauty, the viewer is met with pleasing color and careless figures and often lead to question there response to the work. He later turned over the reigns of "This Is Us Vs." to a fellow Atlanta artist and in September of 2010 he relocated to Los Angeles. He has currently been busy with rebuilding a portfolio and his involvement in a collaborative studio space located in downtown LA. On top of his fine art hiis work can be seen in street art and animation.
