About The Artwork

It is a metaphorical landscape depicting a dead garden. The main element trees devoid of leaves are of compositional nature. Instead, plastic trees "grow" on the trees bags - a symbol of the destruction of nature by civilization waste. I painted trees with colors brown, ocher, red, green, so that they strongly contrast with the gray-blue color skies. The far plane is almost empty, devoid of significant compositional elements. I used this procedure in the painting to emphasize the fact of potential damage.
