I developed my new mountain paintings from a series of colour:field LANDSCAPES that I have been working on for the last two years. I didn't consciously look for the theme of the colors of the mountains, but this theme was already included in my previous series of the color FIELD LANDSCAPES and this summer it emerged through my hands, through the way I looked at it, so to speak. In the meantime, a separate, autonomous group of works has been created and continues to be created color:mountains.
