Nathaly Marmol

Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Nathaly Marmol is a self-taught contemporary abstract artist whose work is deeply influenced by her diverse multicultural heritage and lifelong connection to creativity. With a Brazilian mother, a South African father, Nathaly's upbringing was enriched by a blend of cultures, traditions, and artistic expression.

Creativity has always been woven into her family. Surrounded by relatives gifted in music, painting, sculpture, and the arts, she developed a passion for sketching and creating from an early age. Although she never had the opportunity to formally study art, her love for creativity remained constant.

After immigrating to the United Kingdom, Nathaly embraced painting as both a creative outlet and a personal journey of self-discovery. She immersed herself in acrylic inks, fluid art, and mixed media, teaching herself techniques that have evolved into her distinctive artistic style. Her work is characterised by flowing organic movement, rich tactile textures, and luminous metallic gold accents that bring each composition to life.
