Jordan Gray

Each of my installations has its own life story, from conception to death, gradually changing and creating
from one phase of life to the next. Each painting has a unique identity with its own feeling and self-
awareness, as any person would. The viewer is invited to experience a fragment of each painting’s
journey. A moment frozen in time where they can step into a world of colors and shapes to
conceptualize a unique emotion, from grief to joy, anger to contentment. There is no consistent
methodology to each project, as I am constantly looking for new paths and unexplored territories.
