Over the last 5 years as Vancouver has developed into one of the most expensive places to live and find affordable shelter we are witnessing more and more poor or displaced people living in old recreation and utility vehicles parked full time on the streets. Many such homeless can be found in the industrial/ urban fringes where parking limits are ignored or not enforced by city bylaw officers. A sad reality and trend in may overpriced urban centres in North America today.
