Also artist signature in pencil at the back of the photo. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE ARTIST: Madrid-based Vietnamese artist Viet Ha Tran is a popular contemporary artist at auction houses in Spain whose name is officially listed in the art market since 2015. She started her artistic career in 2013 first with fine art photography then in 2018 with acrylic abstract paintings. She is represented by a number of galleries from Madrid, Barcelona, Paris to Tel Aviv, Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, Beijing, Bangkok, New Delhi. Her works have appeared in public auctions in Spain alongside works by Banksy, Salvador Dali, Joan Miró, Andy Warhol. Her photos have been exhibited on the fleet of eight premium vessels of the Holland America Line including the Seabourn that travel around the world, represented by her gallery Artlink based in Tel Aviv, Israel. From July 2020, one of her artworks will be used to decorate over 20 rooms on a luxury vessel. Viet Ha worked as Exhibition Manager at IE University (Spain) and Jury Member of IE Foundation Prizes in the Humanities IE University from 2016-2020. She has given lectures on art and the art market at various conferences in Spain such as IE University and The Art Market Agency. Viet Ha was nominated 200 Influential Vietnam Global Leaders in 2019 by the Vietnam Embassy in Spain and Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Viet Ha Tran is a fine art photographer and multi-disciplinary artist who has been commissioned by Amazon USA, Louis Vuitton France and Vogue Italy. She is officially listed in the art market Artprice (France) since 2015 and published in over a hundred newspapers and magazines around the world. Her photographs have been featured on Expansión, El Economista, Vogue Italia, Vanity Fair France, The Times of India, The Hindu, Vietnam News, at Saatchi Gallery London, and were auctioned by Christie’s Hong Kong for charity. VIet Ha's works have appeared in physical public auctions in Spain alongside works by Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Joan Miró, Banksy and Andy Warhol. Viet Ha was a Jury member of IE Foundation Prizes in the Humanities at the prestigious IE University (Spain) from 2016-2020. She also worked as Exhibition Manager and Curator for several exhibitions at IE University during this period. In 2023, Viet Ha became an art writer for IE Insight, the knowledge hub of IE and she co-authored the book "Ideas to shape the future" with her analytical article "The future of creating, collecting and curating visual arts". Prior to embarking on her artistic journey full-time, Tran enjoyed a successful career in education, banking, market intelligence, business development, and government relations spanning Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Spain. Her diverse professional background enriches her artistic perspective, infusing her work with depth, nuance, and cultural resonance. Viet Ha was nominated in the top 200 Influential Vietnam Global Leaders 2019 (appointed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnam Embassy in Spain).
