The painting of the "Pain" , oil on canvas, 60/80 cm
The picture was painted during a difficult period of my life .
The work is done in a limited palette, with large strokes.
Black, red ,white create a strong contrast, symbolizing the struggle between life and death
This work is riddled with tragedy and pain .
The main color of the painting is Black, with the silhouette of a sitting female figure on its background. The pose exudes despair, it conveys the inner state of the girl: suffering, unable to cope with grief, bowing her head over her half-bent knees under the weight of her thoughts .The girl's legs are deliberately depicted larger than their natural size, as a symbol of the desire to get out of the current state .
The silhouette of the girl is made in red tones to show the inner state of the girl "I am all pain".The girl is experiencing severe mental pain, she is locked in her situation, her consciousness is greatly narrowed.
The heartache merges with the girl's personality .To cope with your pain, it is very important to bring your experiences out of the dumbness .Then the total all-encompassing pain ceases to seem like all this to a person .Man is no longer pain itself.
This process in the painting is symbolized by red, white clouds of smoke coming over the edge of the canvas .As a symbol of hope, of deliverance from mental pain

I am a self taught painter , born in a small mining town located in the East of Ukraine. In the year 2000, I moved to live in Jordan i have been painting since childhood and I consider drawing something important for myself because by doing it I'm searching for my internal balance which represented as art therapy for me and my feelings and make reconciliation with our world after my mother passed away. I'm not trying to show the world as it is for that we have cameras. painting represent my feelings, every single painting shows something I felt and thought of, all painting was done Layer upon layer whenever I felt that I have something in my mind and felt about deep inside, I release those feelings and thoughts into it and when I feel that the paint is done, I feel empty and extremely tired.
