"... lightness of being ( existance )" Our life is full of lightness, because all of us are like butterflies in this world, in the infinite time flow of the universe a human lifetime seems to be a brief moment . Every (human) life carries a mysterious randomness, our future cannot be completely predetermined by our actions. We are mesmerized as we look into the future trying to anticipate (predict it foresee) it / what’s coming . As a result our actions become unbearable if we (start to) overthink their consequences all the time, so life can be characterized as "unbearable lightness of being". While making decisions, (while making a decision) we have plunge into the unknown, into infinite spaces of the color, or set off on "an unpredictable journey into an unknown world." As Rothko once put it . In this series of paintings, like Rothko, I have achieve the "vibrancy and depth of the color by applying layer by layer. In this series of paintings, I, like Rothko, applying color layer by layer achieve its vibrancy and depth I ( aim ) to "restore beauty from the ruins of conceptual art", returning the subject (objectivity) to the conceptual world where it was lost. In it I try to capture the Zeitgeist - the spirit of our era, Our lives are fragile and beautiful. When one you has to make a decision , it is important not to lose yourself, listen carefully to your heart, preserve the feeling of flight, happiness and mental integrity, it is important to accept yourself as you are, to have the right (allow yourself ) to make mistakes and live in the here and now .

Natalya Ponomoreva (artist’s pseudonym is Natasha Freeman) is a visual artist. In her work applying painting techniques of impressionism, she strives to reinterpret this style, give it a new life and make it sound more modern. She fills her artworks with symbols which encourage viewers to think about problems of the modern world such as the freedom of choice, the responsibility for the choices we make, inner freedom of people and facing challenges on the way to that freedom. Following her true calling she got a degree in interior design at the St. Peterburg High School of Design and Technologies. And later to become a full-time artist she graduated from the Sverdlovsk Art School. She also attended a summer course of academic drawing and painting at the Saint Petersburg Academy of Arts, studied Renaissance art at Charles III University of Madrid and took an online course in after war abstract art at the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the USA.
