I have been painting for almost all my life. However, a big part of my professional life I had a studio for Graphic Design. This period has changed my way of painting. I now paint with a graphic approach. The subject I choose comes from the fact that I own a beach house and looking over over sea to the horizon the ideas pop up. Although signed at the back of the paintings I use an extra signature on the front; A silhouette if a container ship in the shape of the skyline of the average harbor town.
