This piece is all about the stepping stones. The journey inward and closer to alignment. It’s a beautiful reframe, that last year gifted me. When we become aware that we can detach ourselves from our art/outcome/job/title for it is only one expression of that which resides within us and it is NOT the sum total of our worth. ‘Everything’, is no longer hanging onto the one piece or one series or one outcome because it is all bringing us closer to our personal expression. It is fine tuning our skill set, fine tuning our discernment, moving us closer to that which we love and are aligned with. Let’s not fear our next steps or decisions toward what we do want. Let’s not hang so much weight on anything, each move we make. Why? Because no matter the outcome it will all bring us more insight of where we want to go / be / embody / represent / create. I’ve used multiple adjustment layers to build whimsical, soft but also dramatic composition.
