Freefalling I This work shows a figure suspended in space, falling, floating, defying gravity or possibly being pulled by it. It embodies a state of calm, bliss, nothingness... peaceful and removed from reality for a moment The use of a thin translucent gauze adds to the fragility of the work, creating an image which is somehow voyeuristic in its intimacy and delicacy.
