"Belonging No.6" is a abstract contemporary mixed media piece that is technically a drawing, but has a lot of painterly qualities. There are areas in the piece where I have bold applications of pastel color and pigments next to lighter more delicate blending to achieve a heightened sense of textural contrast within subtle color shifts.
