ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Sumptuously titled "The Particularity of Time," this evocative artwork unfurls a mesmerizing narrative of existence entwined with the fabric of time itself. Within its ethereal confines, the portrait of a woman emerges, triplicated in form, each iteration bearing the essence of serene contemplation, eyes softly shut in silent introspection. Against a canvas of subtle gradients, a celestial blue sphere emanates a gentle luminescence, its presence echoing the boundless expanse of time. As delicate tendrils of cobalt and cerulean coil around the sphere and the trio of portraits, a symphony of lines dances in harmony, weaving a tapestry that transcends the constraints of the temporal realm. Here, within this ethereal tableau, the boundaries of reality blur, allowing glimpses into the enigmatic depths of existence. Each iteration of the woman's visage is a testament to the cyclical nature of time, inviting the viewer to ponder the intricacies of temporality and the myriad dimensions of reality. Through the lens of artistic expression, "The Particularity of Time" beckons us to embrace the ephemeral nature of our existence and find solace in the ever-unfolding symphony of moments.

Zoe Lunar radiates and works in Mexico City, is a graduate of the national school of painting, sculpture and engraving "La Esmeralda". He is an artist in constant formation, who seeks plastic, visual and sound experimentation. His work feeds on time as matter and how it helps to interpret reality, through temporal representations, of spaces that converge in their social context and how this influences the formation and interpretation of our different contemporary realities; making use of the qualities of painting and drawing to make deformations in a perceptive portrait of different moments, and personal times in a single interpretation. He is currently nurturing his plastic work especially in painting and drawing, giving him new outlets like AR in some of his new works and occasionally making music and video.
