The painting depicts a young woman immersed in contemplation amid the vibrant artworks of an art gallery. Executed with bold and saturated acrylic colors, the canvas is awash with hues of courage and freedom, dominated by striking yellows and blues. The woman, observed from behind, boasts flowing wheat-colored hair and is garbed in black attire, appearing somewhat detached from the artwork's central narrative. The energetic and purposeful brushstrokes underscore the significance of the unfolding scene around her. Reflecting on the stark reality of the past year, where planning extended no further than the next day, I realized that art remains my sole guide to eternity. The figure within the painting, representing myself, discovered the strength to rally artists together, ensuring the amplification of their voices on a global scale. These works are a tribute to willpower, freedom, love for one's homeland, volunteerism, and the yearning for daily happiness. In the hustle and bustle of recent decades, humanity seemed to have overlooked that a peaceful sky is not merely a gift and that life's simple joys are the most precious.

Anna is an experienced Ukrainian artist based in Slovenia. Her paintings have been exhibited in Ukraine, Slovenia, the United States, and Switzerland. The painting ”Let Me Be Myself” became the cover of the book ”Sensual Faith” by Lyvonne Briggs. Her figurative works have been portraying women's dignity and role for a few years.
