In 1993 Giovanni Rotondo started his own craft producing ,mainly, wrought iron furnishings. Since 2003 he has been working as a “sculptor in metal”. He is married and has got a son. He lives and works in Rosolini. Giovanni Rotondo has exhibited his works in lots of cities in Italy and abroad, meeting with great success everywhere. His wrought iron sculptures belong to prestigious private collections. “The Sicilian GIOVANNI ROTONDO has become well-known, above all, for the original adaptations, in his works of art, to the natural forms of marine and terrestrial fauna typical of the Mediterranean area. But, his craft is not restricted to the work of sculpture; it also covers the fields of the metal design and carpentry, drawing for his clients new works, of great and undisputed originality.
