Sandro Brasil is a visual artist and muralist from Fortaleza, Ceará. His passion for the arts began at an early age, when he showed a talent and fascination for vibrant colors and expressive drawings. His quest to improve his skills led him to immerse himself in the world of comic books and drawings, constantly seeking to improve his techniques. In 2007, an article about street art and graffiti captured his attention, triggering a new phase in his career. Fascinated by urban murals and artistic expression in the streets, Sandro plunged headlong into this universe, researching techniques, materials and renowned artists in the scene. It was in 2010 that Sandro received an offer to work with airbrushes on T-shirts, exploring graffiti themes. This was a turning point in his career, pushing him to create his first murals and to believe even more in his talent and artistic vocation. Life had its challenges, such as the loss of his mother in 2015, a moment that led him to rethink his priorities. Abandoning his formal job, Sandro found refuge and a mission in art. His Facebook page became a channel for sharing his work, which began to gain visibility, leading him to explore the art of Realism and paint increasingly impactful murals. In 2018, his art took a significant leap forward with the "Modern Gods" mural at the State University of Ceará, a work that fuses Greek mythology with contemporary elements in an explosion of color and form that captured the attention of the media and the public. Invitations for monumental projects poured in, consolidating Sandro as one of the region's leading muralists. Sandro Brasil's unique style is marked by his bold use of color and his combination of realism and pop art, creating works that capture the essence of everyday events and the world around him. His dedication to creating original and impactful works has made him one of Fortaleza's most recognized artists, with impressive murals scattered around the city and invitations for large-scale projects. Today, Sandro Brasil continues his artistic journey, seeking inspiration in every experience and sharing his life story through his works, which transcend the simple concept of art to become true expressions of the soul.
