Painting: Mixed Media and mediums on canvas with collage, and fibers. An urban pop abstract painting that the artist applied a color wash across the canvas and ask his granddaughter to make drawings, which she was thrilled to do. Their understanding was that the artist would paint over most of the her canvas while providing 'windows' for her drawings to remain and live. Color pop shapes with collage and fibers embedded and floral - like designs. A whimsical painting with a unique story about it's creation. Pop art goes urban. Warm earth colors with soft greens and grays. Ochre and Acrylic mediums on Stretched Canvas across sturdy wooden stretcher bars. Mixed mediums = fibers, graphite, poured paint puddles, collage and music sheets. Perfect for all ages. Get a piece of this artist's family history. Textures abound. Fibers live embedded. Happy art. Art history. Whimsical. Get a piece of the artist's life when you acquire this canvas. One of a kind original. No prints, yea!
