Compositionally, the eagle is below the statue of the Woman and the level of the horizon as a symbol of the fall. The inscription "Defeated" (in German) On her right side are tall columns with the symbol of the UN and NATO - as a symbol of power and that friends are nearby. Behind them is a building with green gardens and the inscription "Shelter" (in Polish). Many trees and people as a symbol of peace and tranquility. The empty but dark sky is a symbol of the fact that many people will always look at the sky and remember what it was like and what happened.
