About The Artwork

"Heterodimers of Progress" is a striking artwork born from the inspiration of progress catalysts, often referred to as heterodimers in biological terms. In this context, tradition and innovation emerge as pivotal catalysts, symbolizing the harmonious balance required for societal advancement. Tradition is thoughtfully represented by the embodiment of our nation's cultural heritage through the martial art of Arnis. On the other hand, innovation is depicted by the symbol of electric cars, embodying the contemporary need to reduce pollution and minimize our carbon footprint. Medium and Style: This captivating piece is expertly brought to life with a skillful blend of mixed media, where tradition meets innovation on the canvas. The artistic style seamlessly fuses elements of symbolism and abstract expressionism to convey a compelling narrative of progress. Materials and Surface: To enhance the artwork's depth and visual impact, a variety of materials and techniques were thoughtfully employed. The canvas surface, carefully primed with synthetic materials, serves as a rich and textured foundation. Vibrant hues and intricate details blend to create a visually captivating and tactilely engaging experience. Framing: For a polished presentation, "Heterodimers of Progress" is elegantly framed to complement the depth of its symbolism and design. The framing enhances the overall aesthetic, inviting viewers to delve into the artwork's narrative.
