The party was a blur of colour and movement, a kaleidoscope of flashing lights and bodies merging into one. The beat of the music pulsed through the air, driving the dancers to move faster and harder. Clothes clung to sweaty bodies, and the heat of the room was almost suffocating. But still, the partygoers pushed on, lost in the moment and the energy of the crowd. As the colours continued to flash and blend together, time seemed to stand still. The outside world faded away, and all that mattered was the rhythm of the music and the connection between the people. It was a moment of pure euphoria, a celebration of life and the joy of being alive. The party began to wind down with dancers started to trickle out into the cool night air. The empty bottles and abandoned party favours were like fragments of the identities that each person had adopted for the evening. Even though the night was over and the remnants of their identities lay scattered on the floor, the memory of that freedom would stay with them, a reminder of the boundless potential of who they could be.

The art which I create is inspired by the environment around me, the passage of time and experiences of self-identity and journey. I have exhibited my work in venues throughout London and Cambridge including the V&A in London. I have also explored the topic of self-expression and identity in a series of 60 commissioned portraits to raised funds for charitable causes over the period of the COVID lockdowns.
