A piece inspired by conflict, war, hatred, fight and violence at the same time having a calm atmosphere because of the certainty attached to it that there will be love at last. To grow we must be United otherwise wars will keep causing us to rebuild and reconstruct. It only causes destruction. This piece was made during the period where Ukraine was invaded and served as a major driving force to create this and hence utilizes a color section of the Ukrainian flag colors on each individual, one with blue and the other with yellow. The use of emojis in my paintings is a contemporary means which I developed to explain the recent kind of human conversations where people symbolize themselves online as emoji's and use it as a form of expression. In the present world, the use of emoji's in conversations, nowadays you find people using just emoji's to communicate and express feelings. There is almost an emoji for every kind of expression. It's a surrealistic and mannerist style of art that describes human relationships and everyday interactions. Before the news of the invasion on Ukraine. I had series of dreams where I was part of an ongoing war, I found myself running in the dream and hiding while weapons were fired and people were killed. I didn't really understand the dream until I heard of the incident. "There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved." George Sand said.
