While studying how to process banknote images, I found that it can actually be divided into two parts: lines and colours. The lines are imitated by embroidery threads in my embroidery works, while the variation of colour comes from computer pixelated images. Analysing and integrating the image by using a computer will produce some colour layers that are lost in translation . I used this result to weave the banknotes with beads again. This is a thousand-dollar note issued by the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation from 1988 to 1992, also known as the golden cow. It is the last ten-dollar note with British characteristics produced by HSBC before Hong Kong's return to China. I tried to make it as an object that can be rolled up and stored, just like people appreciate antiques.

She believed human design products can reflect their culture, life and heart. She used all the women's handcraft creating processes such as bead weaving, embroidery, weaving, hand sewing, tapestry making…. etc. Her work is always inspired by the procession of making, like her counterfeit money series with an underground workshop behind, tapestry making art projects to invite people to join making during the exhibition period.
